Everything You Need To Know About IOM and How to Book an Appointment: For UK Visa Applicants

If you are in the process of your UK visa application either as the main applicant or a dependent under UK Tier 2 Skilled Worker Visa/ Health and Care Visa, one of the requirements that you might need to secure is an IOM certificate.

UK Visa Application – Tuberculosis Screening Information for IOM

The United Kingdom Tuberculosis Detection Programme (UKTBDP) involves the pre-departure testing of tuberculosis (TB) for individuals who intend to apply for a UK visa for longer than six (6) months. The UK Government designated the Migration Health Department of the International Organization for Migration (IOM) to conduct the screening of applicants and issuance of certificates according to the UK Department of Health Protocol.

There is only one approved clinic in the Philippines for IOM. It is located in Makati City. If you are from the province, then you would need to travel to Manila to have the TB Xray done.

Approved test clinic:

International Organisation for Migration Health Centre

15th Floor, Units A and B Trafalgar Plaza
105 H.V. dela Costa Street
Salcedo Village

How to Book The Appointment:

Using the IOM Health Centre contact details above, you can either call or email to book your appointment. In my opinion, it is easier to email the clinic as you will be able to keep track of your conversation, and calling can be tricky at times due to number of calls that they are getting.

To request an appointment thru email, fill out the information below with the applicant's details and send it to mhc.uk@iom.int - Include in the email that you are requesting for a TB Testing appointment.
